Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payments A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery of the final project. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or agreed digital methods. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days before the project date are eligible for a refund of the advance (minus admin fees). Cancellations made less than 7 days before will forfeit the advance. If I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made. 3. Delivery Timeline Standard editing delivery: 2–4 weeks, depending on project scope. Rush delivery (if requested) may be available at an additional charge. 4. Revisions Each package includes a set number of revisions (as listed in the pricing section). Additional revisions beyond the included number will incur extra charges. 5. Rights & Usage Clients receive full rights to use the final delivered video(s) for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes. I reserve the right to use selected works in my portfolio, website, or showreel unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing clear briefs, scripts, and required assets before production/editing begins. Delays in providing material may affect delivery timelines. 7. Confidentiality All client information, footage, and content will be kept confidential and not shared without permission.
